Welcome to a new year and a new website.
2011 was an exciting year and ended on a high point with the most successful launch of any of our products, the SBS-3 Mode-S ADS-B receivers with twin SDR tuners. Also featuring built in true high speed ethernet, digital and analog audio output and USB powered as well as a new I2C auxiliary interface for additional peripherals and an RS232 radio control interface and GPS input port.
The release of the SBS-3 saw the best uptake of any of our products and once again our customers have demonstrated their loyalty and recognition of technical excellence. The twin SDR tuners each provide an 8MHz tuning band and 4 channels of demodulation are offered in the current firmware release as well as a number of built-in decoders. Each channel output can be mixed onto both analog and digital output streams.
A further release of Basestation, the included software package, is in testing and the API (Application Programming Interface) document is being finalised. A published list of intended features will also be maintained online as well as feedback from the development teams.
2012 sees the introduction of our new website and we will be adding additional pages and functionality alongside the released we are preparing of additional firmware with more built-in decoders and demodulators.
